The System

One call, first visit to review request.

This page walks through everything the system does, in order, from someone finding your site to a review request after the job.

A groomer's Tuesday. The phone is face-down on the table because her hands are full.

The eight steps, in order

Each step below is one thing the system does or one thing you do, from the moment someone finds your site to the moment a review is requested.

Visit

Step 01

Someone needs the thing you do. They search, they find you, they land on a site written in real code and built to get the call.

Call

Step 02

They call you. That's what the website is for. What happens next is the part most web companies never mention.

Missed

Step 03

You're on the roof, under a sink, mid-groom, or the customer at the counter is still talking. Six rings. It stops. No voicemail.

Text

Step 04

When you miss a call, a text goes out to the caller automatically. It says you missed them and asks what they need.

Try it on us

Call (707) 640-6890. If we can't pick up, watch your phone. The text you'd get is the text your caller gets.

Call (707) 640-6890

  • If one of us picks up, even better.
  • The text can take a moment to arrive.
  • Standard messaging rates apply.
Talk

Step 05

The caller texts back, and you keep talking by text. You answer when you're free. It's you doing the talking, the text just got it started.

Record

Step 06

The call, the text, their reply and your notes all land in your customer list, a private CRM that keeps every call, text and job for each customer in one place. Each caller gets their own page: the job, notes, tasks, and a timeline of everything that happened.

Done

Step 07

You do the job, same as always. When it's done, you mark it complete in your customer list.

Review

Step 08

When a job is marked complete, the customer is sent a review request. Whether they write one is up to them.

What Corvio runs behind it

The hosting, the text-back, the review request and your customer list are all set up and kept running by us, as part of The Corvio System, your monthly plan.

None of this runs on its own. We keep it running.

The site is hosted, the text-back is wired to your number, the review request is wired to the job, and your customer list is yours and kept running.

Hosting, upkeep and running the system are part of your monthly plan. Nothing extra to buy to keep it working.

You see the whole text conversation with your customer in your own CRM.

Each month you also get a report of what happened, built from real system data. Depending on your features it can include calls received, missed calls, calls answered, texts sent automatically, conversations opened, conversations rescued after a missed call, review requests sent, and your busiest times for calls. A conversation is never counted as a booked job unless you confirm it.

One thing to know before the text goes live: the phone carriers have to approve your business for texting first. That starts once you've signed and sent us your business details.

What this doesn't do

It's a website, a text-back, a review request and a customer list, run for you. Here's what it doesn't cover.

It sends the text. It doesn't answer for you.

  1. Does it guarantee bookings? No. What the caller does after the text is up to them.
  2. Does it answer the customer for me? It does not answer the customer for you. One text goes out when a call rings out. Everything after that is you, by text, when you're down.
  3. Does it know a text was read? No. It knows the text was sent.
  4. Does it write the review? It does not write the review. It asks, once, when you mark the job complete.
  5. Does it do the job? It does not do the job. That's you.
