- What if I only want a website?
- Choose Site. It's the core plan at $197/mo + $497 setup. Catch is included, not a separate upsell. You don't need Booked or ads to get a new site.
- Can I cancel, and do I get a refund?
- For Site, you can leave at $0 before approval. After paying setup but before the build starts, you can request a full refund. If you cancel during the build, we review your refund individually. After launch, cancel any time. Billing stops at the end of your paid month. Your service continues until then. You own your domain and your number. You can take a copy of your contacts with you.
- Do I keep my phone number?
- Yes. Catch works with your existing number through call forwarding. No number change. Site also adds a Corvio tracked number for your website. You own your domain and your number.
- Who owns the site and the domain?
- You own your domain. With Own It, you also own the site for $3,500 one time + $97/mo for hosting, care and Catch.
- What happens if I don't like the first look?
- You get a revision, then a fresh concept if needed. If you decline the fresh concept too, the order closes and you pay $0. You can also leave at $0 any time before approval.
- What does Catch do with landlines?
- It doesn't text them. A caller using a landline gets no reply from Catch. Answer, included in Booked, can pick up calls instead of relying on a text.
- Do you guarantee Google rankings?
- No. Site doesn't guarantee search rankings. Map doesn't guarantee your position on Google Maps or reinstatement of a suspended profile. Ads doesn't guarantee a number of leads.
- Can I pay annually?
- Yes. Annual prepay gets you two months free and waives the setup fee.
