What the CRM keeps track of
Five kinds of thing, each kept on the customer it belongs to, on one timeline.
- People
- The caller. A name when they give one, a number from the first ring, every text and call on one timeline.
- Companies
- When the person is a property manager, a landlord or a franchise, the company gets its own page in your customer list, with everyone who works there linked to it.
- Jobs
- The job that might happen. You move it along as it goes, for example New, Scheduled, Done, Lost.
- Tasks
- “Call back when down.” A reminder with a due time. Mark it done and it's off your list.
- Notes
- What you noticed on the job. Type it once, and it's there next time they call.
What private means here
It is your business's own CRM, set up and run for you as part of the monthly plan. Nobody else's customers are in it, and there is no public login page.
