- Does it send anything I didn't write?
- It sends one text, the one you approved at launch, in your words. After that every message is yours, typed by you. There is no bot answering questions on your behalf.
- Can I see what the caller said before I call back?
- Yes. The caller's reply, the address, and every text after it get saved to that caller's page in your customer list, along with the calls, so you call back knowing the job.
