What this site collects

Page views counted by Umami and page speed by Vercel Speed Insights: no cookies, no identifying visitors. Campaign tags and call or email taps, kept by our own script, described in the next two rows. There is no form, no account, no comment box, no chat widget, and the site sets no cookies of ours. The fonts and our script are served from the site itself.

The tags that say where you came from

If a link or an ad brought you here, our script keeps that link's campaign tags in your browser: which network, which post or test, which variant. Nothing else from the link is kept, and no cookie is set. It lives in your browser's own storage for 90 days, and it goes nowhere until you tap a call or an email link. The first visit is kept as the original; a later tagged visit replaces the most recent one.

When you tap call or email

Our script tells our server that a call or an email link was tapped, along with those campaign tags, the page you were on, the time, and a random id that lasts for this browser tab and is gone when you close it. That is how we learn which posts and which ads work. It is a tap, not a call and not a message: we count interest, not customers, and nothing from the call or the email itself comes through the site. We keep those records ourselves and delete them after 400 days. When Meta's own cookies are present, the script also sends their ids with the tap. Our server passes those ids and your browser's user agent to Meta with a report of the tap, keeps no copy of them, and sends no IP address.

The Meta pixel

When we run Meta ads, the page loads Meta's pixel. Meta then sets its own cookies and receives the pages you view here and the call and email taps, for ad measurement. Meta also receives the tap reports from our server described above. Meta holds that under its own terms, not ours. While the pixel is switched off, nothing of Meta's loads at all. You can turn personalized ads off in your Meta ad settings, or block the pixel with your browser or an extension.

When you call

Your phone number reaches our phone, the way a phone number does. If you leave the details of your business with us on the call, those details stay with the two people you spoke to. Calling the number may start a text conversation, since the business line runs the same missed-call text-back we sell; replying is optional.

When you email

Your message and your address reach an inbox at jason@corviolabs.com. It is read by a person and answered by a person.

Server logs

The host that serves these files may keep ordinary request logs, as hosts do. We add nothing to them and do not use them to identify visitors.

The imagery

Every photograph on this site is generated. None of the people in them exist.

The demonstration data

The CRM record, the text exchange, Sam, the gutter, 41 Alder, Biscuit the dog: all fictional, made up so you can see how it works. No real customer, caller or conversation appears anywhere on this site.

Your data in the system we run

If you become a customer, the calls, texts and records that pass through your text-back and your private CRM belong to your business. How that is held and handled is set out in what we agree with you directly, not on this page.

This page says what is true today. If the site starts collecting something, this page changes first.
